C-Line Community Outreach Centers

C-Line is a 501(c)(3) community-based organization founded in 1999 by Min. Caroline Nelson. Since then C-Line has continued to grow -- each year serving more clients, securing more funding, and gaining greater community support and recognition.

Through a variety of programs and services, both individuals and families touched are provided with the assistance they need to live independently and productively.

Over 300 men, women and children and family members are served yearly.

Today, with a professional staff of between 10-15 C-Line provides a wide array of direct support and education services:

Community education, Information line, HIV testing and education,Minority outreach program, Nutritional support, Counseling, Support groups, Case management, Legal referral assistance, Transportation assistance, Housing assistance,and Public policy advocacy.
